Position Overview:
Airgap is looking for a Head of Product Marketing to help build the foundation for our next stage of go-to-market growth. This marketing leader will elevate our platform messaging and the value of Airgap, and then drive execution of that messaging through the market.
As a seasoned technical marketing professional, you will partner closely with other leaders across (Product and Technology, Sales, Marketing, and Channels) to effectively educate customers on the value of our products and solutions. You’ll elevate our core messaging to help build awareness and engagement with customers across all sizes of organizations and for different use cases. Finally, you will apply your deep experience with the market landscape to help communicate the differentiated value of Airgap’s capabilities in a way that effectively drives our go-to-market and demand generation engines.

Responsibilities:
Provide product messaging, competitive analysis and positioning, product launch management, sales enablement, and customer insights to create strategic campaigns that help drive customer acquisition, retention, and expansion.
Drive all content planning for new and existing product offerings. Partner with product leadership to incorporate innovation leadership into all messaging.
Personally develop customer-facing collateral for both technical and business audiences, including blogs, solution briefs, whitepapers, video scripts, and campaign materials.
Build the sales enablement function to create compelling and easy to understand internally facing content for Sales, including; sales training, positioning, FAQs, battlecards, and more.
Partner closely with demand generation functions to tell compelling stories that help build demand and drive revenue across our offerings and across the customer lifecycle.
Be a spokesperson with customers, partners, the press, and industry analysts
Requirements:
12+ years of B2B product marketing experience
Startup experience required, preferably in Series A or Series B companies
Excellent cross-group collaboration skills, excelling at both high-level thinking and day-to-day execution
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. This role demands someone who is gifted in their ability to use the spoken and written word to communicate effectively with technical and business audiences.
Proven ability to learn new products and evaluate them in a competitive environment.
